Our high-end service steps as follow:

  • Definition of the candidate profile after precise analysis of the position

  • Sourcing (social networks, job center, fashion job, etc ...)

  • Prerequisites

  • Assesment tests

  • Submission of relevant profiles to the recruiter

  • Post-hiring interview with the recruiter (results, ...)

  • Obligation of result (the balance of our remuneration is to be paid at the end of the trial period)

  • Personalized follow-up of six months max. after the trial period (if the candidate resigns within this period, we promise to recruit at no cost)

  • No exclusive contract
