HUMANISSUE Consulting est engagée dans une démarche d'accueil et d'accompagnement des personnes en situation de handicap.

La loi du 5 septembre 2018 pour "la liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel" a pour objectif de faciliter l'accès à l'emploi à des personnes en situation de handicap. Ainsi, notre Organisme de Formation tente de répondre à cet objectif en étant accompagnant au mieux à l'accès à la formation aux personnes en situation de handicap. 

Toutes nos formations sont accessibles aux personnes à mobilité réduite - Les locaux choisis pour les prestations de formation, si elles ne s'effectuent pas dans vos murs, sont choisis selon qu'ils répondent aux normes d'accès d'un ERP et adapté PMR (Art. L111-7 du code de la construction et de l'habitation).

Pour les personnes en situation de handicap non lié à la mobilité, et dans le cas où nous ne pourrions pas accompagner ou adapter nos formations à certains handicaps, nous collaborons avec les partenaires suivants pour évaluer et adapter les modalités:

INTER-ENTERPRISE TRAININGS

Developed and led by experts with cross-functional skills, our courses are updated annually. In addition, we strive to adapt our pedagogy to each programmed session and according to companies and trainees.

Each trainee get a post-training individualized coaching* to ensure the strenght of the acquired skills. At each trainings endings, each student is given
